Mark Tilly is the CEO of Target Info, the developer of the top ranked MyCurator Content Curation WordPress plugin first introduced in 2012. Mark has over 30 years of software development experience. He founded iMany (now Revitas) with a partner in 1988 to build client server software for Pharmaceutical firms and grew it to over $30 million in sales and an IPO. He has been working with WordPress for 6 years building, marketing and supporting the AI based MyCurator plugin utilizing Amazon cloud services.

What inspired you to give this talk at WordCamp?
My company and plugin have been supported by the WordPress community for the last 4+ years. Now it’s time for me to give back with Sponsorships and Speaking.
How did you discover WordPress?
Knew about it for a long time through the press. When it came time to build out MyCurator, it seemed like the natural place to create it with such a large user base.
How has WordPress Or WordCamp impacted you?
Building plugins for WordPress makes it easy for me to implement ideas quickly and try them out on a large marketplace.
How do you primarily work with WordPress?
Plugin development and back-end processing consulting.
What does the WordCamp theme Discovery mean to you?
WordPress has such a large and diverse user group that I’m always discovering new ideas for my own work from just keeping up with other’s websites, plugins and themes.
What is the latest book you read?
Zero K by Dom Delillo.
What is your favorite restaurant? Favorite menu item?
