We’re thrilled to have Stewart onboard as a speaker at WordCamp Sacramento 2018 asked a few questions to help you get to know more about him. Check out our mini interview with Stewart below:
What is the topic of your WordCamp talk?
Why do you think this is important?
The WordPress Media Library is the repository for the many image, audio, video, and other files that are used in creating a rich and robust website experience. As a website designer, you need to understand how to best leverage this essential resource.
In this session, attendees will learn how to effectively use the Media Library and its integrated tool set to help speed website development and improve overall website performance.
What’s your WordPress origin story?
I was introduced to WordPress due to the evolving needs of customers. After designing html-based websites for several years, both current and new customers were asking to manage and maintain their own website content. WordPress was a perfect fit for this type of self-support.
How has WordPress impacted your world?
WordPress has enabled me to create websites that that are tailored to the needs of the customers while maintaining a relatively short development timeline.
